Post-harvest plant growth regulator containing 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) in tablet form for counteracting ethylene effects in apples, pears, bananas, and tomatoes. Maintains firmness, prevents scald, reduces respiration, and delays ripening and senescence. Applied in enclosed air-tight spaces such as storage rooms, coolers, or shipping containers. Available as YELLOW ProTabs or PINK ProTabs used with SmartFresh ProPack and ProActivators.
