Our purpose is simple.

Improve the profitability of Canadian Farmers.

The Paradigm Inputs founders individually gained extensive experience in manufacturing, logistics, startups, purchasing and crop-input supply chain management.

They observed agricultural companies making profits, while farmers were not. That didn’t sit right.

The complex distribution networks were originally designed to give farmers access to new, complex, branded crop-input products. But proven, off-patent generics do not require the same guarantees and technical support. This means growers are forced to absorb excessive upcharges on generics through these inflated distribution networks.

Our founders recognized that the traditional supply chain did not align with how they believed a generic input supply system should and could operate. At a certain point, they had to make a choice… continue working within the existing system or use their skills and experience to build a better solution for farmers.

They chose to build something better by creating a system that delivers the lowest-cost premium generics on the market through a simplified supply chain.

Paradigm Inputs exists to improve the profitability of Canadian farmers.
